6. Paper blowing nozzle (also known as presser foot). Through the airflow blown out by it, the first paper that has been sucked up by the paper separation nozzle is separated from the paper pile, and the second paper is pressed by its presser foot, and the height of the paper pile is controlled.
7. Paper blocking brush or sheet. Control the height of the blown paper to prevent double or multiple sheets.
8. Backstop cardboard. Keep the back of the stack (drag slightly) neat.
9. Side stop cardboard. Keep the sides of the pile neat and control the position of the paper on the feeding board to achieve the proper distance to match the pull gauge.
The second point, the adjustment standard of Feida
1. Note: The height of the suction nozzle is adjusted to be 2-3mm for thick paper and 6-8mm for thin paper. The height of the paper feeding nozzle is the same as that of the paper separating nozzle. But it is actually adjusted according to the degree of deformation of the paper. The front and rear position of the paper separation nozzle is about 2-5mm from the edge of the paper.
2. Loose paper blowing nozzle: The distance between the blowing nozzle and the rear edge of the paper pile should be adjusted within the range of 5-15mm. Generally speaking, the thick paper can be adjusted to the near point and the thin paper to the far point, so that the paper pile can be blown reasonably and loosened. It won't blow off crookedly. The best blowing effect is to make two or three sheets of paper on the surface float up, and the gap between the sheets should be large. Some machines and equipment have a mouthpiece on the left and right of the paper pile, and the adjustment distance can be closer, so that there is air between the papers, reducing friction, and making the paper transfer better.
3. Press paper mouthpiece: also known as presser foot. Whenever the paper separation nozzle sucks up the first sheet of paper, the presser foot should press the second sheet of paper, and blow out a certain amount of air between the two sheets of paper, so that the previous sheet of paper floats up, so that it is easy to be sucked by the feeding paper. Mouth sucked. The depth of the presser foot against the edge of the paper is generally 8-11mm, and the air volume is determined according to the thickness of the paper. Another function is to have a height controller. Once the paper pile is too low and touches the contact point, the paper pile will rise quantitatively, usually every 8-10 sheets.
4. Paper blocking brush or pressing sheet: the pressing sheet adjustment can not press too much into the paper, otherwise it will bring difficulties to the paper separation nozzle. The pressing sheet can press the position of the paper until the iron sheet bends down a little and deforms The amount is 2mm.
5. Paper stop: the height of thick paper can be a little higher than that of thin paper. Generally, the height is 3-5mm from the highest point of the paper stop, and the height of thin paper is 7-4mm.
6. Adjustment of the back stopper and side stopper: the back stopper is mainly to withstand the paper, prevent the paper from sliding backwards, and ensure the neatness of the paper pile; the side stopper is mainly to ensure that the left and right positions of the paper being conveyed are consistent , and the distance between the paper output and the baffle of the drawing gauge is controlled at 5-8mm. This can ensure that the drawing gauge of each sheet of paper is accurate and can be pulled in place well.
The third point, the adjustment method of the cardboard. The function of the paper feeding board is to accurately and smoothly transfer the paper sent by the Feida to the previous position. The paper in the feeder is driven by differential pressure, so the adjustment of the pressure roller is very important. Pay special attention to the fact that the brush wheel on the paper feeding board is to press the edge of the paper after it has stopped in the previous position, mainly to push the paper in place and avoid crooked sheets.
Sheet press adjustment: The main purpose of sheet press adjustment is to prevent the paper from being too warped and rushing out of the front gauge, so generally the press sheet is pressed next to the front gauge, and the thin paper is lighter, as long as it can touch the iron plate lightly. Front gauge adjustment: The front gauge adjustment is mainly for height adjustment, generally it only needs to be adjusted to 3 times the production paper. You can take three sheets of paper to make adjustments.
